These terms govern your use of SilaGo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
What SilaGo is
SilaGo is a marketplace platform that connects customers with independent detailing professionals. The professionals on SilaGo are independent contractors who run their own businesses — they are not employees or agents of SilaGo. SilaGo provides the platform; the professional provides the service.
Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old to use SilaGo.
- Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
Bookings and payments
- Professionals set their own prices and provide quotes through the platform.
- Payments are made through the app and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). SilaGo never stores your card numbers.
- Cancellation terms are shown in the app before you book.
Communications
We send service communications — such as booking confirmations, reminders, and status updates — by app notification, email, and text message. Text messaging consent and opt-out are described in our Privacy Policy and SMS Policy. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use of the platform.
- No harassment of professionals or customers.
- No interference with the platform's operation or security.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SilaGo disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Services are performed by independent professionals, who are responsible for the quality of their work; SilaGo provides dispute resolution tools in the app.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the community at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we will post the updated version here and update the effective date above.
