A marketplace built so both sides can trust it.
SilaGo LLC is a Michigan company, founded in 2026 in Okemos. We build the booking, payment, and trust layer for independent mobile service professionals — starting with car detailing.
Why we built it
Independent detailers are great at cars and buried in everything else: scheduling, quotes, chasing payments, no-shows. Customers, meanwhile, can't tell who's legitimate, what a job really costs, or whether anyone will actually show up. SilaGo takes that friction out for both sides — and takes nothing away from the professional's independence.
How the model works
- Pros are independent businesses. They set every price, their own hours, and their own service area. SilaGo never sets, suggests, discounts, or surges a price.
- Direct booking, not a bidding war. A customer picks a specific Pro and books them. Requests aren't broadcast to everyone nearby.
- Verified, every one. Identity verification, a criminal background check, business registration, and proof of liability insurance before the first job — re-verified every year.
- Proof on every job. GPS check-in and before-and-after photos, so "done" is documented, not argued.
- Money handled properly. Payments run through Stripe; a hold at booking, the charge at completion; cancellation terms shown before anyone commits. Card numbers never touch SilaGo.
Independent by design
SilaGo is owner-funded and independent. No outside investors set the roadmap, so the product answers only to the people who use it — the professionals who run their businesses on it and the customers who book them.
Where we're going
We open areas one at a time, professionals first: an area goes live for customers only once verified Pros are on the platform there. Car detailing is the first service. The same platform is built to carry other mobile services — the ones where someone with a truck and real skill comes to you — when detailing is running the way it should.
