SMS Policy & Opt-In

What we send

SilaGo sends transactional booking texts only — booking confirmations, appointment reminders, and service status updates (for example, when your professional is on the way). SilaGo does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Sample messages:

"SilaGo: Reminder — your detailing appointment is in 2 hours. Reply STOP to opt out."

"SilaGo: Your detailer has arrived at your location."

How consent is collected

Phone numbers are collected only inside the SilaGo app, behind the customer's authenticated account. The phone field shows this consent disclosure at the moment the number is entered:

By adding your number, you agree to receive booking texts from SilaGo — reminders and service updates. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
