Pay when it's done
Your card is charged only when the job is marked complete. Payments run through Stripe; SilaGo never sees your card details.

Verified Pros
Before the first job, every Pro completes identity verification, a criminal background check, business registration, and provides proof of liability insurance — re-verified every year.
No surprises on price
Pros set every price. There's no surge pricing, no demand markup, and nothing can be added on site without your explicit OK in the app.
Proof of work
GPS check-in at your address and before-and-after photos on every job, so "done" means done.
Secure payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. A hold is placed when you book; the charge happens when the job is complete. Card numbers never touch SilaGo.
Clear cancellations
Cancel 12 or more hours ahead for a full refund. Inside 12 hours, half is kept for the Pro's lost slot — you see the exact amount before you confirm.
Real support
Message your Pro in the app before the visit. If something goes wrong, dispute resolution is built in, backed by the job's photos and GPS record — and support@silago.io is a real inbox.
